How Personalization Works
Every gift in our shop is made for one person: yours. Here's how it goes from your camera roll to their tree.
1. Pick your keepsake
Choose an ornament or gift. Each one shows what you can personalize, like a photo, names, or the year.
2. Click "Personalize"
Upload your photo and type your names or message. You'll see a live preview of exactly how it will look before you add it to your cart.
3. We print it just for you
Your design is printed to order, usually within 2–5 business days, then packed and shipped to your door.
Photo tips for the best print
- Use the original photo from your phone, not a screenshot.
- Pick a bright photo where faces are clear and centered.
- Leave a little space around the edges. Round ornaments trim the corners.
- Check spelling on names and dates. We print exactly what you type.
Common questions
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. The live preview shows your photo and text on the product before you order.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order goes into production we can't change it.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Damaged or misprinted items are always replaced.
